Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or process a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
