Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging

  • Items like personal care, undergarments, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene or sale reasons.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or process a full refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
